I am a psychologist and deeply curious human being. At the heart of my work is a fascination with how people make sense of the unknown: how we form beliefs, live with uncertainty, and search for meaning in the spaces between what we know and what we don't.
Clinically, I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and related conditions, and trauma. My interests draw me to the gray areas of psychology- where science meets mystery, and where humility helps us navigate the unknown, the misunderstood, and the deeply human.
Whether I’m working with clients, teaching, writing, or speaking, my goal is the same: to help people approach themselves and the world with humility and wonder. I see psychology not just as a profession, but as a way of living; a practice of asking deeper questions, staying open to complexity, and making meaning along the way.
